For your special day, The Alpine Lodge is the perfect venue to accommodate your every need for both Day Time and Evening or Evening Only Receptions.
Our highly experienced staff will pay attention to every detail and will take personal care to ensure your special day runs smoothly.
We can provide a tailor-made service to create an event individual to you, offering flexible catering options and advising you on every detail of the arrangements to ensure that your wedding will be happy and carefree.
The services we can offer include:

- Buffets, In House Disco and Live Entertainment.
- Toboggan Rides – Perfect for between you meal and evening or at the start of your evening reception.
We can also help with the organisation of balloons, flowers, table decorations and chair covers and highly recommend Weddings & Flowers R US based in Swadlincote. We work along side them to bring our Alpine Lodge to life for any event!
We also accept bookings for 18th’s & 21st birthdays as well as Engagement Parties, Retirement Parties, Christenings and any other event you may wish to Celebrate!

The central location of Swadlincote Ski & Snowboard Centre provides the ideal venue for all your conference and meeting needs.
Food and Beverages
As well as having access to a bar, your event can include one of our food packages. Buffets start at £3.50pp. Two-course meals start at £9.95 per person.
Add something a little different for your colleagues, and try out some of our activities. Perfect for team-building!
Board Room Style
The Alpine Lodge can be partitioned into smaller rooms. The Restaurant can hold up to 100 persons depending on the occasion and table layout. The Board Room can comfortably hold up to 25 persons, and the Lounge can hold up to 20 persons. All rooms have bar and balcony access. For corporate events, we are able to offer the use of a flipchart and/or projector screen.
